Charity draw rules
Specific rules for competitions where net proceeds go to a nominated charity partner.
1. Nominated charity
Every charity competition names a specific UK registered charity on the competition page. The registered charity number and website are shown so entrants can verify the beneficiary before entering.
2. How the money moves
- 100% of ticket revenue from a charity competition, after unavoidable card processing fees, is transferred to the nominated charity.
- The transfer happens within 30 days of the draw closing.
- We publish the total raised on the competition page after settlement.
3. Prizes
Charity competition prizes are either sponsored by a third party at no cost to the charity, or funded by Jungle Jackpot separately from the ticket pool. In either case the prize is not paid for out of the charity donation.
4. Eligibility and how to enter
Same as our general Skill Competition Rules: 18+, UK residents only, skill question required, free postal route available.
5. The draw
Same random draw mechanic as our standard competitions. Skill question required. Immutable audit trail preserved.
6. Regulation
Charity prize competitions are operated in accordance with UK legislation governing skill competitions — each entry requires a genuine skill answer that meaningfully filters entrants. Where a specific charity competition is instead structured as a small society lottery, that will be explicitly stated and the promoter's local authority registration number displayed.
7. Transparency
After each charity draw closes we publish: total tickets sold, total raised, and the payment reference of the charity transfer.
8. Questions
Email support@junglejackpotuk.com. We publish a written response within 2 working days.
