Who we are
Jungle Jackpot Ltd, registered in England. Contact: support@junglejackpotuk.com.
We are the controller of personal data you provide when you create an account, enter a competition or contact us.
What data we collect
Account data: name, email, hashed password, optional profile bio and favourite plant.
Transactional data: ticket entries, payment session references and amounts (we never see your full card number , our PCI-compliant payment provider handles cards).
Contact data: any message you send to support, including attachments.
Technical data: IP address, user agent and a short lived viewer fingerprint used to power the live entry counter and to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
To run competitions and pick winners.
To deliver prizes and send order updates.
To detect fraud and to comply with anti money laundering and age verification obligations.
To respond to support tickets and improve the service.
Lawful basis
Contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) for entries, prizes and account services.
Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) for fraud prevention and service improvement.
Consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) for non essential cookies and marketing emails.
Who we share with
Our PCI-compliant card payment provider (payment processing).
Cloudflare (security and bot protection).
Email delivery providers (transactional only).
Couriers we use to ship your prizes.
Law enforcement where legally required.
We never sell personal data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Account data: while your account is active and for 6 years after closure (UK tax and audit retention).
Support messages: 3 years.
Viewer fingerprints and live counters: under 24 hours.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict processing, object to processing and request portability.
Email support@junglejackpotuk.com and we will respond within 30 days.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for login and security.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against bot abuse on entry forms.
We do not use any third party advertising cookies.
