Every draw runs on the same independent, automated draw system. When a competition closes, a certified random number generator picks the winner from the pool of correct answers, weighted by how many tickets you hold. A second confirmation step then publishes the result. Every draw is permanently recorded so entries cannot be altered after the fact.
Before we despatch a prize, we verify the winner's name and date of birth against the entry record. For prizes above £500 or where a specific competition sets a KYC flag, we may request additional identity documentation.
Every competition asks a genuine multiple choice question. Wrong answers are refused before any payment is taken and receive no charge. Questions are drawn from a rotating pool and never trivially copy the answer. Two attempts allowed per entry.
Entries are stored securely and cannot be altered once the draw closes. Every ticket, winner and payment reference is permanently recorded in our system. We never share your personal information with third parties beyond the payment provider and email provider explicitly listed in our Privacy Policy.
Winners are selected by an independent, certified random number generator. Every valid ticket has an equal chance in the draw — the more tickets you hold, the more chances you have. No member of the Jungle Jackpot team can influence who wins.
You receive a ticket confirmation email within moments of purchase, and a winner notification email as soon as the draw is confirmed. Both are sent automatically and delivered by our trusted email provider. If a message fails to send first time we retry automatically.
Physical prizes are despatched within 7 working days of the draw closing, via tracked and insured courier. Free UK mainland delivery. Live plants are inspected and packed in protective sleeves. If a prize arrives damaged we replace or refund on receipt of a photograph.
