Returns and refunds
Entries
An entry into a prize competition is a chance in a game of skill. Under UK distance selling regulations you do not have a general right of withdrawal on entries once ticket numbers have been issued and the draw is still open or already run.
You are entitled to a full refund of your entry if any of the following apply:
- We cancel a competition before the draw takes place. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
- A technical fault caused a duplicate or failed charge on your card.
- You are entitled to a refund by law (for example unauthorised use of your card).
Prizes
If a physical prize arrives damaged, unhealthy or materially different from what was advertised, we will replace or refund. Take photographs within 48 hours of receipt and email support@junglejackpotuk.com.
Live plants remain a living thing. Small cosmetic imperfections (a single yellowing leaf, a light bruise from courier handling that recovers within a fortnight) are not grounds for a return.
How to request
- Email support@junglejackpotuk.com with your order or ticket reference and a short description.
- Attach photographs where relevant.
- We respond within 2 working days.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds appear on your statement within 5 to 10 working days depending on your card issuer.
