Refund policy
Entries are final once your ticket numbers are issued and a draw has not yet taken place. Because each entry is a chance in a prize competition, there is no general right of withdrawal under distance selling regulations.
You are entitled to a refund if any of the following apply:
- We cancel a competition before its draw. All paid entries are refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.
- A technical fault caused a duplicate or failed charge. Send us your card receipt and we will refund within 5 working days.
- You are required by law to receive a refund (for example unauthorised use of your card).
To request a refund, email support@junglejackpotuk.com with the order ID. We will respond within 2 working days.
Delivery and fulfilment
Prizes are despatched within 7 working days of the draw closing. Live plants are inspected, packed in protective sleeves and shipped via tracked courier.
Shipping is free to UK mainland addresses. Highland, islands and Northern Ireland may take an additional 1 to 3 days.
If your prize arrives damaged, take photographs within 48 hours and email support@junglejackpotuk.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
We work with carefully selected suppliers to bring you the highest quality plants and products. Every shipment is inspected and packed with care before despatch.
