Jungle Jackpot is a UK based prize competition platform that awards plants, plant accessories and related prizes via random draw.

Our promoter is Jungle Jackpot Ltd. Registered in England. All correspondence: support@junglejackpotuk.com.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Staff of Jungle Jackpot, their immediate family and anyone professionally connected to the competitions are not eligible.

By entering you confirm you meet these criteria. We may ask for proof of age and address at any point. Failure to verify will void entries and any prize claim.

Every paid draw has a free postal entry route with the same odds of winning. See our Free Entry page for details. You are never required to spend money to enter.

Paid entries are handled by our trusted bank grade card payment partner. Card numbers never touch our side of the site.

Each entry is allocated one or more ticket numbers. The more tickets you hold, the higher your odds.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any entry that we suspect is fraudulent, automated or in breach of these terms.

Each competition closes at the published end time or when all tickets are sold, whichever is first.

Winners are selected at random. An admin reviews each candidate before the winner is published.

The decision of the promoter is final. Winners are notified by email and announced on the Winners page within 7 days.

Prizes are as described on each competition page. We work with specialist suppliers, source the best quality plants and products, and pack every prize with care before dispatch.

All prizes are delivered free of charge to a UK mainland address. Some highland and island postcodes may take additional time.

A cash alternative is offered only where a prize cannot be dispatched. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where supply is disrupted.

If a prize is not claimed within 30 days of notification, we may redraw or roll the prize into a future competition.

For designated charity competitions, 100% of net ticket revenue after unavoidable payment processing fees is transferred to the named charity partner within 30 days of the draw closing.

Receipts and payment confirmations are available on request.

Entries are non refundable except where required by law or where the competition is cancelled by us.

If we cancel a competition before the draw, all paid entries will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

If a refund is owed under consumer rights law (for example a duplicate charge), please contact support@junglejackpotuk.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to any entrant is limited to the price paid for their entries.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Prize competitions should always feel enjoyable and never necessary. If you would like to take a break, close your account, or set spending limits, contact our support team and we will action it the same working day.

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By entering you consent to that processing.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
