Shipping policy
Applies to prize deliveries only. Entries themselves are digital.
Despatch window
Within 7 working days of the draw closing.
Carrier
Tracked and insured courier. Free of charge to the winner.
Coverage
UK mainland. Highland, islands and Northern Ireland add 1 to 3 days.
Care on route
Live plants are packed in protective sleeves and inspected before despatch.
Address updates
You can update your delivery address at any time from your dashboard until the moment your prize is despatched. After despatch we can only redirect at the courier's discretion.
Failed delivery
If nobody is home the courier will follow their standard neighbour / safe place / redelivery process. We are not responsible for parcels signed for by an unauthorised person after leaving our facility, but we will always help you dispute a lost delivery with the carrier.
Damaged on arrival
Take photographs within 48 hours and email support@junglejackpotuk.com. We will replace or refund at our option.
International
We do not currently ship prizes outside of the United Kingdom. If you win and cannot receive the physical prize we will offer a cash equivalent.
